The westbound deck of the Bay Bridge, which goes from Oakland to San Francisco, will be closed from Fri., Feb. 17, at 8 p.m. to Tue., Feb. 21, at 5 a.m. for seismic retrofitting. Motorists will not be able to drive on the upper deck toward San Francisco during this closure, but the lower deck will remain open for travelers from San Francisco to the East Bay.
